Holiday Party 2023 !!!

​On Friday December 15th, we will gather for our annual Troop Holiday Party, first aid practice, and gift exchange. 

​Scouts and leaders will gather at the usual time of 7PM at the cabin for this Troop meeting. 

We will lead off the evening with a "Festive" first aid problem to test the first aid skills of the scouts in the run up to the County First Aid Meet.  

After the first aid practice, the scouts will have the annual gift exchange.

Scouts: If you wish to participate in the gift exchange, please bring a useful gift of about a $10 value.  

As a guide for what to bring: Choose something you would like to receive. 

Please follow the Golden Rule here, do unto your fellow scouts as you would have them do to you.

Absolutely NO gag gifts permitted.

Scouts hope for fun and practical gifts: flashlights, headlamps, hats, gloves, games, snacks, treats, etc.

Then we will have the part of the evening all the scouts and leaders enjoy: the food!

​The tables will be laden with all sorts of scrumptious homemade treats and snacks, soda, and ice cream.  

Everyone will stuff themselves and leave no room for dinner.

As the meeting draws to a close, we will gather for our traditional circle, wish everyone Happy and Safe Holidays, and finish with the Scoutmaster's Benediction: "And now, may the Great Master of All Scouts be with us until we meet again".
